Vermont born, San Francisco based artist Margaret Nicoll continues to explore the natural patterns and structures of the world. Margaret's colorful, linear paintings examine the organic symmetry carved by the earth's surfaces. Although she earned her Bachelors degree from The George Washington University, her greatest educational influence came from conceptual artist Sol Lewitt who provided her with the opportunity to work as his Installation Assistant. Margaret continues to paint and draw, collaborate with other artists, teach children, and is currently working on her "comfort" clothing line.
